PDG were instructed by a private client to look into the redevelopment options for their family home near to Harley Street in West London. This is a period mews property and although not specifically listed is set in an historic conservation area, very well protected by the local council.
Our commission has involved the review of local planning history leading to the granting of full planning permission for a second storey extension, roof terrace and winter garden.
In tandem, we worked with the client to define their brief aspirations, analysing the requirements of the project and conceptualising the design. We produced a full drawing, schedule and specification package and competitively tendered the works. Our fully rounded delivery service resulted with PDG being further instructed as both Contract Administrator and Site Architect. Completion April 2017
